Our story begins at sea, with two hearts who set sail carrying their warmth and spirit from Sri Lanka, and anchored in Tasmanian soil. From the pure southern waters of Tasmania, they gathered treasures nurtured with care and integrity, oysters that glisten with the tide’s brine, scallops that dissolve like cream upon the tongue, and Tasmanian beef kissed by the flame to reveal its deep, natural richness.
